Earick Rules Out Tottenham Hotspur Buyout Proposal Post-Initial Contact

American tech entrepreneur the entrepreneur has ruled out submitting an official acquisition offer for the North London club.
Tottenham had previously “clearly turned down” an preliminary inquiry from a syndicate led by Brooklyn Earick last period and maintained the club was not for sale.
Yet the nation's corporate governance laws dictated that, having had an initial approach turned down, Earick's consortium were obligated to present a formal offer by 24 October or state they would not proceed.
